What Are The Main Glues Commonly Used In Paper Tube Machines? What Is The Difference Between Them?

Commonly used glues are starch glue and PVA glue

PVA glue: strong viscosity, transparent after drying, environmentally friendly and non-toxic, suitable for the production of general paper tubes. The general drying time is 30 minutes to 1 hour, and it takes 24 hours to dry completely. White latex is usually not waterproof and will dissolve when it encounters water after drying.

Corn starch glue:

Low cost, suitable for ordinary paper tube production. Starch glue is not water-resistant and is suitable for paper tubes in a dry environment. However, starch glue is environmentally friendly and its main component is natural starch.

How To Determine The Thickness Of Paper Tubes And The Number Of Papers?

Paper tube machines usually adjust the thickness and structure of paper tubes according to customer needs and specific application scenarios to ensure that the performance and quality of paper tubes meet the requirements. Therefore, the paper tubes produced by paper tube machines can be single-layer or multi-layer, depending on the production equipment and customer needs.

How to calculate the width of paper corner paper and the width of face paper?

 Inner paper width = Height × 2-Thickness × 2

Surface paper width = Inner paper width × 2 + Thickness × 2 + 3

How often should the blade of the corner guard machine be sharpened?

The higher the frequency of use, the faster the blade wears. If the corner guard machine is running at high intensity every day, the blade will wear faster and need to be replaced more frequently. Generally, it needs to be re-sharpened after 30,000 to 50,000 uses.
