Paper Drum Production Line Description

The automatic drum barrel kraft paper tube core production line is designed to manufacture high-quality kraft paper tubes, cores, and barrels. Paper barrels are characterized by high strength, elasticity, good sealing, low reaction with chemicals, no oxidation, and no pollution. Compared with steel barrels, the products packaged in them are anti-static, light, easy to recycle, short processing cycle, and low cost. They are widely used in medical, chemical (white latex, dyes, etc.), food, handicrafts and other industries.

01  Drum Roll

This automatic drum barrel kraft paper tube core machine can be used to roll round and square paper barrels. You only need to change the mold. There are two types: with automatic veneer and without veneer. The specifications are 820 and 1100, which can be customized according to actual production needs. The whole machine consists of a paper rack, a paper separation knife rack, a gluing device, a barrel rolling device, a paper cutting device, a barrel unwinding device, and a barrel receiving device. The paper shafts are all inflatable shafts, and the paper racks are automatically raised and lowered. PLC and inverter control, CNC adjustment.

02  Slitting of barrel covers and hoops

Pneumatic paper barrel slitting machine can cut both round barrels and square barrels, and can switch between different specifications directly. It is equipped with a frequency converter and the cutting speed is adjustable. The cutting height of the barrel hoop is 45mm, and special cases are customized according to requirements. When operating the slitting machine, attention should be paid to safety. The end surface of the paper barrel should be flat to avoid slitting crookedly and with burrs. Adjust the knife according to the required specifications and tighten the screws. When cutting the barrel, pay attention to adjusting the depth of the knife and fix the knife handle according to the barrel cutting standard.

03  Rolling marks and folding edges of barrel body and barrel cover

The creasing process and folding process of Paper tube rolling and folding machine are combined into one, and the barrel cover and barrel body are made using the same machine, which reduces labor and floor space.

04  Barrel body and lid bottom pressing

The four-station press is specially used for pressing the bottom and cover of the barrel. It is computer controlled, the holding time can be set, and it counts automatically. The first finished product of each bottom pressing is checked and the pressure is adjusted appropriately (positive rotation increases pressure, negative rotation reduces pressure); the flattening tonnage should be 9~11t; During the production process, when assembling the barrel and the cover, attention should be paid to the consistency of the center, the inner and outer paper should be firmly attached, without damage, bubbles, degumming, etc., and there should be no flash or degumming around the surface paper.

05  Round barrel mouth

The barrel mouth rolling machine processes products with smooth barrel mouth, no scratches, and dense insulation. It adopts pneumatic chuck, automatic tightening, and vertical tightening of paper barrels to ensure that the paper barrel enters the mold vertically and reduce the scrap rate. The specifications are easy to adjust. The mold uses 6 control pins and has a long service life. When rolling the mouth, the edge is required to be smooth, tight, without burrs, looseness, looseness, and no uneven height around the periphery.

06  Pressure Hoop

Full paper barrel hooping equipment, automatic glue spraying, pneumatic hooping, automatic lifting and lowering to adjust the height, computer control, inspect the height, thickness, delamination and blistering of the barrel according to quality standards.
