02 Automatic Paper Cone Drying machine
The special cotton spinning pagoda paper cone dryer is mainly matched with the automatic cone reeling machine, which is wound into semi-finished paper cones. It is automatically and synchronously inserted into the transmission conveyor chain of the dryer, and dried by circulating operation. After 34-36 minutes, the paper cone is sent out from the oven, and can be automatically collected, interspersed into a string, and counted interspersed and sent to the receiving table.
The dryer adopts channel steel frame, customized chain sprocket, interspersed paper cone positioning adopts high-precision electroplating springs, the four sides of the dryer adopts asbestos insulation board, and the main engine adopts high-precision gear reducer motor to drive the chain to transport and dry.
The heating in the oven adopts stainless steel U-shaped electric heating cone, or the steam of power plant can be used for heating. The internal temperature is displayed by the meter (the user can automatically control).
The heater uses a medium-pressure fan to transport the air to distribute the internal warm air, which can automatically control the temperature, reduce energy consumption and improve thermal efficiency.

03 Automatic Paper Cone Drying machine
The finishing and napping machine is the last process in the production of pagoda paper cones. It is a special production equipment that can carry out deep processing of tapered paper cones such as 5°57, 4°20, and 3°30. The production process of this machine consists of automatic cone discharge, Oil grinding, elbows, crimping, V-shaped openings, surface roughening, and dust collection are all integrated productions, which are completed at one time to produce finished yarn cones.
Mechanical manufacturing structure:
